Terrible customer service.
Brought and had fitted a hardwood floor from mascalls in 2016.
Sold as an un damageable floor, he was hitting it with a hammer and chisel in the showroom. perfect we thought.
Within a month the floor had damage, contacted mascalls who repeated arranged appointments to check the damage and didn't turn up. It wasnt until I contacted the floor maker parador that things actually started to get rectified. Due to mmailing the floor company,mark calls me shouting at me because I have gone over his head and contacted the floor maker, reply to your customers and this wouldn't be needed.
Eventually mark agreed the floor should not be that damaged and agreed to replace the boards and re seal the floor.
This yet again took months to replace the boards and months to re seal. The company mark used to reseal the floor wasnt given enough sealant, but was told to just get on with it. So now I have a patchy very expensive floor which is more prone to damage because is hasnt been sealed properly.
Getting to the point I am at now I have been spoken to very differently versus when he speaks to my husband. I even I put the call on speaker and let my husband listen to the way he speaks to women, he was shocked.
Would I ever use mascalls again? No.
Should you use mascalls? Not if you want a company who values its customers should anything go wrong.
The only good thing I can say about mascalls is the fitter was great, really nice guy who is brilliant at his job, its unfortunate that he works here. read more
