We rented a forklift 6/4 for one day and the price was $587.04. They did not come and pick up on…read morethe following day like they were suppose to. On Saturday (6/6) we called to see how much it would be for a week since they did not pick it up....the price was not much difference than a one day price. They charged us for one week so you would think they would have picked it up the following Saturday. It sat there until they picked up at the leisure on the 17th. and then up charged us for the extra days. They took no responsibility at all since they were told we were renting it for the week not week and a half. Not happy with this company and there lack of responsibility.
