I realized that it was almost four o'clock by the time I got disconnected and ready to go fill my RV with propane, so I called Low Price Gas to find out what time they closed. After they said 4pm, I said I was on the way, but about 10 miles out and asked if anyone would be there. I was assured someone would be, although the office closes at 4pm. I got there about 4:10 to find the owner out by the fill station waiting for me. Come to find out, he answered the phone while out of the office and drove there just to meet me. The crew was responsible for installing propane gas lines in our new steel SIPS barndominium and they were extremely meticulous about the install and connecting it to the tank and our propane generator. They even made repairs to the existing water line which was accidentally ruptured during the install of the gas line to the generator (fixed it on their own nickel). I first got to know them from the price of their propane per gallon. I got a quote from the tank supplier and Low Price Gas's quote was way less expensive than the original quote I got, which was inflated after the tank install. I moved to Spring Branch 13-years ago. The house I bought had a propane tank that was empty. New to the area, I started calling gas companies. It was on a weekend. Jim Collins at Low Price Gas was the only one who responded, and filled my tank within a few hours. Since the tank was empty, all of the pilot lights had gone out as well. Jim and Team did an Awesome Job for us installing an Underground 500 gallon tank, removing the old above ground thank and hooking up Pool heater and running gas lines to our outdoor kitchen and fire pit. I am a builder who they have installed several in-ground tanks on shedule for a fair price and I am also a client for their propane that we use at our home.
