She took his finger prints for us to have made into a gold charm. She was even able to coordinate a military service at the last minute on that Friday, after Thanksgiving. Our mom recently passed away. She had lost so much weight that we were concerned that they wouldn't be able to make her look like herself so we would be able to let our family see her again. Tracy did such a wonderful job making our mom look like herself! It was such a relief to see how good she looked! Tracy was so good about taking multiple calls and changing up things at the last minute for us. He did a fantastic job and we're so thankful for him and all of those who helped make this difficult time easier for us.

My brother passed and I went to check on the grave and put flower. While there, I noticed the…read moreground needed pushed down. I started walking and pushing the dirt down and fell through a sink holes up to my knee. They did not fill the grave around the vault and the ground. I went with a 2 by 2 and found other sink holes that are three feet deep. They blame me for the fall saying I should have asked for maintenance. I didn't know it needed maintenance until I fell into the sink hole. They refused to pay for my xray on my knee and ankle. They have not watered my mothers grave in 4 years. We had to haul water in to water moms grave. The well was broke they said. That was because of Covid they said. They do not take care of the grave stones and just let them sink under ground. My family had dealt with this funeral home many years ago during the death/burial of a loved one. At the time I thought this funeral home was good. Morrison's Funeral Directors has gone through some changes (not for the better). My recent experience with the death/burial of my loved one was not favorable. Some of the employees were very helpful however, overall they have a long way to go to improve their customer service. I was constantly having to call the funeral home back, their feedback (returning my calls, reassuring me throughout the preparation of the burial/cremation of my loved one) was very poor overall. When a family has lost a loved one, the only thing they should be concerned with is mourning the death of their loved one/ celebrating their deceased ones' life, not having to constantly call/ follow up with the funeral home to make sure all the details of the funeral /burial are taken care of. I would think twice about using this funeral home until they have improved their service. There are other funeral homes in the area to choose from.
