My daughter has been sick for weeks, took her in last week and there was no providers, so I took…read moreher somewhere else. She's still sick, so I brought her back. Again, there's no provider, in desperation I accepted a telehealth call and hoped she would get diagnosed to get some relief. The provider we seen (I cannot remember her name for the death of me) was seriously so rude, from the minute she answered the call, she was snippy and short. She cut me off when I was explaining what was going on, and was talking so fast I could barely understand her. Likely, she wanted us out to move on with her day. She could not have a normal conversation, when I would go to talk, she would talk over me like she was fighting for dominance. I ended up telling her that I felt my time was being wasted and that I'd just take her to her PCP, and she quickly said "okay bye" and immediately hung up the conversation. I'm very unhappy with my experience and will not be returning, nor recommending this doctor to anyone. I will be calling to ask her name tomorrow as well as contacting her supervisor, and Soonercare to advise them about working with this provider. The rest of the staff was nice enough, waiting for over 30 minutes with only one person ahead of you is a bit steep. Waited another 30 minutes for the provider to join the telehealth call.

They threw their hands up in the air and exasperatedly said they'd have to do it all over again. COMMUNICATION people! Have tried contacting the site manager with no success. She's either with an insurance agent, patient, off and tried contacting me once, leaving no message. I was asleep as I work nights. I feel like they are skirting the issue. Overheard the NP and the nurse who initially saw me speaking outside the room. NP said she'd been in a good mood when she got there earlier. Not sure if I was the reason, but they really need to use more discretion when discussing patients around others. Would NEVER suggest to anyone to go there for care.

After spending seven hours waiting to be seen at Hastings Hospital, we were re-triaged and noticed there were still 8-10 patients ahead of us. Because we were concerned our 13-year-old daughter might have an acute abdomen, we made the decision to leave and go to Northeastern Health System instead. From the moment we arrived, the care we received was exceptional. We were immediately triaged and taken to a room. Whitney quickly recognized the potential seriousness of the situation and acted promptly. She was efficient, professional, compassionate, and reassuring throughout the process. We were incredibly impressed with the care she provided. One of the most stressful parts of any hospital visit for my daughter is getting an IV. She has had them before and has developed a genuine fear of them. Kristen took the time to explain every step of the procedure, letting her know exactly what to expect. We appreciated her honesty in acknowledging that it might be uncomfortable rather than making unrealistic promises. She placed the IV successfully on the very first attempt, and her skill made the process as smooth as possible. We couldn't have asked for better care. We are also deeply grateful to Dr. Hnatusko for his prompt evaluation and thorough assessment, recognizing that appendicitis was an important possibility that needed to be ruled out. Radiology was equally outstanding. They arrived quickly, explained the CT scan and IV contrast in a way that helped ease my daughter's fears, and even brought her a warm blanket to keep her comfortable. From check-in to discharge, every step of our visit was seamless. Every member of the team treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. We are so thankful to have Northeastern Health System in our community and are incredibly grateful for the dedicated healthcare professionals who work there.
