How do you get closure? The blame was on, but it is the Funeral Home's responsibilty. We were told she was in her final resting place but we didn't see it. Then back at the lunch a group from the Home were laughing about ???? and that hit bad, might of been nothing. They refunded the tent and chair set up and at first that was it. It was done and we had to ask for some compensation. And they said we did provide the service and what if it was Your Mom? They did take a little off. Go to Stonacek Funeral Home. Rest in Peace Mom. Not only was everything well organized, but he did everything in his power to ensure that we were comfortable. During the visitation services, he circulated and kept an eye on the family. If anyone was standing on their own, he would go up and talk to them to ensure they were doing ok. He did a great job to keep everything on schedule without being overbearing or bossy; he gave gentle suggestions and let us handle things as we became comfortable. They even delivered the flowers after the ceremony to the various homes. I am so grateful to have had Doug and his team to help us through this time.
