She was willing to honor me the 990.00 for 6 hours but I need it for 7 hours so I said what can you offer me for that since I was told the most 1100.00? she was quiet for like 2 good minutes and I'm thinking shes calculating things, then she responds 1550.00. Very rude too. I do not know how anyone could say they are professional when they aren't. Being professional means sticking to your word not raising the price by 450.00 in two weeks. It was obvious my mistake by not taking the first deal the first time but obviously people need to discuss things before committing. Overall, very rude and unprofessional. He spent about 12 hours with us and never once complained. He was always helpful, especially when unloading our bags, and made the entire day run seamlessly. One of the highlights was when he happily stopped so we could watch and take pictures of a bear we spotted in Yosemite. That extra bit of flexibility made the trip even more memorable. I also tend to get carsick, but both of our drivers were exceptionally smooth behind the wheel, so I never had any issues. The bus itself was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Excellent excellent communication from Manny in answering all my questions. A party van that I had rented from a different company ended up cancelling on me less than 2 weeks before the date.
