He not only replied in a reasonable time, but has also kept the level of professionalism in the response. I'm aware of my own email, but am also aware that those who receive my email may have heard it wrong, hence why I never got my email.. I didn't receive the email until yesterday when I sent Art my email again. Clearly, this was a misunderstanding and I overreacted. However, I'm glad that the owner saw this review and took initiative in resolving the issue. But then I spoke to Valerie and she is just so warm and friendly that I immediately got the best vibes. Wes and his partner then came out to do a free consultation to evaluate a few projects I needed done and were nice enough to give me different quotes for each. As someone who has to do proposals for their job, I can appreciate how tedious this step is and so I really appreciate that small gesture! The quotes were fair and reasonable and as soon as I signed off, the work was scheduled instantly. One thing that really stuck out to me, aside from the frequent updates from my girl, Valerie was when Wes called me to ask about HOA regulations for the railing I had replaced, as he noticed that all of the houses in my neighborhood (because he drove around to look on his own accord!) hafnd a different railing that I ordered. He wanted to bring it to my attention so I did not end up paying a ton of money for work that my HOA could potentially make me redo. I just think that is a the kind of service that builds trust. The work they did was fantastic. Any concern I had was quickly addressed and taken care of. I had a very poor experience with this contractor. I took advantage of the free estimate, and I had…read moreeventually followed and asked for a contract that we could sign to get the project started. This contractor came in with a blank contract template, asking me to sign it. There had been no details of the kind of work that was to be done, and when I mentioned the lack of information, he said I could fill it out myself. He kept insisting to sign the contract and give him an immediate deposit. I obviously declined signing a blank contract, and he started to try and intimidate me which I found so ridiculous. I just told him we will find someone else. Very unprofessional, and people should know.
