Since he was fixing the window, the crack, and painting the ceiling, I asked for a quote to paint 2 of the rooms downstairs and install baseboards in my kitchen. I thought the estimate was reasonable (painting ceilings is not easy). The work was done in 3 days by one person. He took his time, cleaned up behind himself, and did a wonderful job. Honestly, the baseboards he installed in the kitchen were done neater than the ones in the living room installed by a flooring company.
