On top of that, she even made sure to verify if I still needed their help and worked to get me into an earlier time slot that had just become available. Their customer service is absolutely first rate. Jason is knowledgeable and took the time to ensure the job was done correctly, especially since my issue was less common. The job was done quickly and at a very fair price. I can say I'm very happy to have a working dryer again before the stay at home order goes into effect. I was also happy to learn that both installed parts and labor would be covered under a one year warranty as well. If I have any appliance issues Appliance Magic will be my first call.
