Living here was a constant fight just to get basic things fixed. Marcel and her "maintenance team" are lazy, unresponsive, and careless. You have to beg and harass them for weeks before they lift a finger, and even then, the work is half-done. When tenants finally call city inspectors to make her do her job, she punishes people with eviction notices instead of fixing the underlying problems. This is blatant retaliation and possible housing law violations. Hilltop Trailer Park is falling apart, and it's no surprise why--the person running it has zero respect for tenants, zero urgency about safety, and zero professionalism. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Avoid Hilltop Trailer Park at all costs. The management here, specifically Marcel, is by far the most unprofessional landlord I've ever dealt with. Numerous tenants, including myself, have experienced the same pattern of neglect, retaliation, and outright mistreatment. Maintenance issues are ignored for weeks or months, forcing people to contact city officials just to get basic repairs done. Instead of taking responsibility, Marcel's response is to hand out 5-day eviction notices to anyone who dares to speak up about unsafe living conditions. This is not only unethical--it's potentially illegal under landlord-tenant law and anti-retaliation statutes. I have personally documented unsafe wiring, sewage leaks, pest infestations, and structural hazards throughout the park, and Marcel repeatedly refuses to address them until the city gets involved. If I were anyone looking for a place to rent I highly do not recommend Marcel from hilltop trailer Park. It's not a very good landlord when it comes to her having to come get stuff or her maintenance people being lazy not coming to fix the when you have to call and get other City people or code enforcement involved. She pulls the petty card and gives you a 5-day eviction notice not even caring about what circumstances anyone will be going through. She also is well takes her time puts everything on a list pushes it back there's always a list always a list to get things done and she never does it until you get on her ass and bugger about it that's about the only way you can get her to do anything correctly highly don't recommend running not a very good place things don't get done trailer parks ran down anyways so most of the trailers in the house need to be taken down anyhow. read more
