We bought a 2025 Double Wide Solitaire from Palm Harbor in August and it has been nothing but a BIG…read moreHEADACHE and DISASTER actually a Nightmare for us!! We bought one that was on the lot and we loved it!! We did not need ours for several months so Palm Harbor said we could leave ours on the lot as long as they could still use it as a show model. The next week we got a phone call from Palm Harbor and they had a customer that was needing the same trailer that we bought ASAP, so they asked if we would let them sell ours to the other customer and order us another one just like the one we had bought! We said that was fine as long as it was just like ours BIG MISTAKE!! They delivered and set the trailer up and it is ABSOLUTELY a BIG MESS!! This is just a few of the pictures and videos I have!! All of the trim looks like this all of the kitchen cabinets need replaced! The Warranty workers have been out 2 different times and it's still not fixed(it actually looks worse than what it started out at)! It's UNBELIEVABLE that this trailer left the Manufacturer looking like this!! Hopefully we will get this resolved soon because we are exhausted from worrying and trying to get this fixed to where it looks like a new trailer instead of a bad remodel! I've done my best not to post anything PUBLIC or POST a bad review, but this needs to be resolved!
