We found out later that the service guy never lubed or greased any of the parts on our new mower…read more It came dry and my husband had to spend a lot of time doing what the service guy didn't do. The manager did give us at no charge the grease and oil needed to do the job. You just have to not assume that the job is done right, in today's world, you can't take anyone at their word and double check your own equipment. Nice people but hard to find reliable workers.
