I am sure they are good at what they do, but some of the pricing they were "throwing around" seems…read moreway out to lunch, but that is what we get when the GOVT does not mandate "fair pricing policies" and the dental association could not give a rats behind either. they are nice people this much I can say, one of them was VERY pushy the way she talked etc, the rest seemed like very nice ladies however. lets see, 15 mins of laughing gas approx pricing $250, a "cleaning" which they were quite adamant I have need of no less than around $280 (may even need 2 visits) On social assistance they say "they only cover up to X" then they proceed to take 8 x-rays chewing up what little bit of coverage I do have, then they have the "gall" to say "we can get you on to a payment plan if it makes it easier to pay for it, because it is important" while I am sure that it is (who does not want a healthy mouth) it seems they like 99% of dentists I have visited in my life are more about making the most $ possible vs giving "smart" practise that keeps costs in check. sorry but no way a cleaning should cost $280 or more at one place but only $100 at another, it is a crime, and 15 mins of gas that probably costs them $1 should in no way shape or form be over $200. what a joke (having social assistance coverage to help keep costs more "civilized" does not help the problem in the first place either, Sorry but the dental industry in Canada is way out to lunch (in my opinion) "a healthy mouth is important" "even if you have to sell a kidney to do so"

If you are afraid of dentists and have trust issues , please give them a try . They are much more technically updated with equipment and knowledge, more like going to an advanced specialist. I love their new building also , very clean and great parking .

Another great experience dealing with Dr. Dong Li & his staff. I awoke 2 days ago with a huge pain…read morein my upper right jaw, near the front, and had no idea what was going on. It got worse to the point it was throbbing all night, preventing me from sleeping. And there are only so many pain pills we can safrly take. I contacted Dr. Li's office, based on my prior good experiences with them, and they had me in the very next day. Amazing. Dr. Li diagnosed that I had an infection, set me up with antibiotics and gave me the option of extracting the bad tooth or a root canal. Normally the term "root canal" would scare me, but I am confident in Dr. Dong Li's work and do not expect it to be unpleasant at all. The absolute best dentist I have ever had.
