This place !!! Wow wow !! So incredible !!! The sauces alone are amazing !! I had the lamb dish ! The dumplings were fire. The bread you start with is so fresh ! The vibe inside is so cool. The location is awesome ! And the table service was 100% ! Can't even wait to go back ! read more

Pathetic place with bad food and arrogant staff ! These people treat you as if they are serving food for free. No sense of talking and fake Nepalese. This place sucks. Better go to sahib, Madhuban or Bollywood if you wish experience good south Asian food. read more

Amazing Indian food. We'd just arrived in Innsbruck and were starving. We were told it would be a half hour wait, or we could sit at the bar until a table became available. We sat at the bar and a table was free within 10 minutes. Service was fast and our waiter was amazing and knew when we were ready to order, when we needed more drinks etc. Would go back to Innsbruck just to go here! read more

I am really surprised how different my experience was compared to the other Yelpers. To start my table cloth was dirty from previous patron. A server showed up after 10 min and flipped over the table cloth and brushed away the crumbs then walked away. After another 5 min another serve walked by and dropped off some bread and as he was leaving i asked if I could place an order. He took my drink order and he suggested the chicken curry and samosa appetizer. After my samosas arrived, I again asked for my drink. The first samosa was warm and the second was hot. They were pretty good. The chicken curry was not very good. The chicken was overcooked and the rice was sticky lumpy and dry. To Top it off they do not take credit cards. read more

Himal has excellent, prompt service with very good tasting food and drinks at the price point. It is quiet and has an excellent location. I went with three friends. My buddy and I ordered the same meal and beer at our waiter's recommendation, and it tasted excellent. However, after we finished and left the restaurant, I started feeling ill, and my friend who had ordered the same meal as me did as well. Without too much graphic detail let it suffice to say we were both stuck in the bathroom all night with some of the worst food poisoning I've experienced in a long time. In summary, the meal was good but not worth the price. read more

Great little restaurant here in Innsbruck. Great food, great prices, some of the friendliest staff you'll meet... The butter chicken is defiantly the dish to try, a little spicy but nothing crazy. A tandoori chicken in a tomato based cream sauce. Absolutely delicious. read more

The food was good, we wanted a break from Tyrol food and this place was very good. I had the lamb, packoras and the wife had the butter chicken. I would go back, not the best Indian food I have had, certainly far from the worst, but the effort, price and taste all match up. read more

This place was amazing! My only regret is not going here the first night so I could have ate here multiple times. We went in on Valentine's Day and they ere able to accommodate us without a reservation (but I would recommend one in the future). The food was delicious and the price was perfect! We had the tomato soup (enough for 2 ppl and amazing) and the chicken curry. This was probably the best curry I've ever had. Tons of flavor and lots of chicken! At the end of the night they surprised us with this delicious mango yogurt drink (it was made with love as the server said and you could taste it). I honestly cannot wait to come back to Innsbruck and eat here again. read more
