I would never use this Kayak and Canoe service again…read more "Big Mike" was completely unprofessional and tardy. My large family group rented more Kayaks than we brought and as "Big Mike" refused to transport them with his trailer (even though there was Plenty of Room) the starting process took almost an hour and a half in it's self. He seems to be a lazy and completely unreliable person. I highly suggest not using this service.

There were two girls at the end of the dock who seemed to be cleaning boats, as well as filling gas, who were also very caring and kind. When we returned our boat, we unfortunately witnessed a rude customer, and the girls handled to situation with kindness and confidence. They most definitely did not deserve to be treated like that, as this business has surpassed all boat rentals that I have used in the past, in every aspect. Upon checking in they informed us they purposely gave us a non-carpet boat to eliminate the dog fee...wasn't requested, just provided. The boat was a newer, 2020...great condition. Day one was great...very helpful with orientation and getting us on our way. Day 2 and 3 were cancelled due to wind. On day three they went out of their way to line us up for an extra day, which was terrific. Very dog friendly (our 175 lb mastiff loved the experience as much as we did). We will rent from B and B again upon our return. To add our final bill was incorrect. Due to the above scheduling issues, we got charged an extra day. Upon notifying them the mistake was acknowledged and we were immediately refunded. Mistakes happen, great customer service!

It was the most chaotic, stressful, dangerous thing we've done as a group. Do not do a rafting trip if you think you're going to have any time to enjoy the scenery, talk, or enjoy a family activity. The river was extra fast due to high water levels and there are constant obstacles to avoid. We are all lucky to have made it with only minor injuries. Way too many close calls. It was not just us that were not enjoying our time on the river. Every kayaker and tuber we encountered felt exactly the same way. Several said they'd been crying at times, it was so chaotic.
