We called Mater Roofers and they were there the next day to inspect them and give us a quote. Our house has had a few additions so it has really weird gutters and a lot of downspouts. It is also surrounded my pine trees so getting gutter guards was an absolute must as well. They gave us a quote and it was very reasonable for the amount we would need replaced and the labor to do it. It did take them three weeks to get all the material and schedule the install. They showed up with 5 guys and had all the gutter taken off and replaced with full gutter guards in 5 hours. It was very impressive. They had someone come out a few days later to do the final inspection. We also waited until it rained to let them know if everything was working properly. Since we've had them replaced, we have not had any water in our basement. The only thing we didn't love is they were not very careful during the install. They completely trampled our flower beds. I would understand if a few were to get stepped on, but yearly every flower was smashed and killed. They also left a nail from the old gutters on our driveway. I'm sure this was just something they overlooked, but if we didn't see that it could have caused some real damage.

When I actually got back to visit my mother I notice the gutters were not attach properly and water was running off the roof and behind the gutter system. I was told they did not replace out gutters and it was not their issue. I told him that gutter adjustment when you replace an entire roof to insure proper drainage is normal operation when I my personal roof replaced. Jarod (the owner) told me that is not how he does business and hung up on me. I did call back, he did not take my call but I did tell him I was now going to write a review. I do not like writing negative reviews. I believe in working with people to resolve issues. AlphaOne seems to want to ignore good customer relationships and allow issues to fester. Know if you do not inspect every aspect of the project, get every detailed in writing, I not sure that they actually count the number of roofing nails. The owner will tell you it not their problem. I am sure I did not ask about the adjustment of gutters. When you pull off a roof and are throwing materials off and onto the roof gutters get bumped. From my experience with good companies they know this and ensure the gutters are aligned.

I wanted to replace it with similar siding because it seemed to be very durable. Replacement was necessary because the original siding was improperly installed and the planks were falling off the house. I repeatedly had planks replaced and paint never matched original siding properly. So I chose to replace the entire siding. My research identified James Hardie as an excellent siding; and it seems quite durable, has a decent warranty, and looks nice. I chose EMA Construction to install because of their long term experience with James Hardie siding, and previous customer reviews. So I am confident I have a good product that was properly installed. Eddie provided the estimate and stayed in contact with me during the project. The installer team was excellent. They commenced work as expected and completed on schedule.. in spite of several rainy days. One area of the house required custom cutting of the planks lengthwise and at a slight angle. The team did an excellent job custom fitting the siding to this area. The total install, including flashing, caulking, and siding fit are all excellent. Total results and cleanup was also perfect. The install team (Nico, Blake and Eric) was professional and friendly and explained what they were doing throughout. I would hire them again should the occasion arise.
