Alex arrived with his employee to get them situated and was back later in the day to make sure we were pleased with the job and that the debris had been cleared out. In addition, there may be extra costs for something that was so obvious at the beginning of the project. This should have been stated and addressed early on, not towards the end. I could have signed with someone else. I'm not so sure about this company. What should have taken a week, week and a half at the most is now going over a month with no real response. It's starting to feel like a bait and switch. I've kept my end of the agreement. I have to wait some more and see what they are going to do next and when? I'd hold off on using this company for now. The company, owned and operated by Quincy Barrett (CEO) and Brandy Barrett (CFO), misrepresents services and caused us and other clients to lose thousands of dollars. CPR engages in repeated deception, creating a pattern of inconsistent and false statements. Communication is routinely delayed or nonexistent. Quincy Barrett goes silent for days and weeks at a time when updates are requested regarding the contracted project. Signed contracts are breached, and "lifetime warranties" become void when Quincy Barrett fails to meet contractual obligations. Quincy leaves before projects are completed or even begun. The project that was said would take two weeks to be completed did not even begin until 5 months later. The funniest yet is that the project remains unfinished one year and one day after the contract was signed on 12/12/24. CPR provides proof of current insurance coverage and then knowingly cancels the policy prior to the start of the project. When asked about insurance coverage for multiple property damages and a homeowner's bodily injury caused by materials left in the yard, CPR provided evasive responses and no resolution. The homeowner is instructed to cover the damages out of pocket with the promise of reimbursement, RIGHT... Documented damages include the central AC unit, windows and screens, security cameras, all landscape lighting, and most of the landscaping. Quincy Barrett pressures homeowners to authorize loan disbursements using false statements. When contacted by the loan company, he falsely stated that only one piece of siding remained to be installed for completion. CPR abandons a gutter, roofing, and siding project in an unfinished and unsafe condition, compromising the integrity of the home. The most documented deficiencies include gutters installed incorrectly, large sections of siding not installed, siding was installed on half of the porch ceiling instead of soffit, missing water barriers on exposed areas, no insulation in open sections of the home, an unfinished roof, multiple electrical outlets left exposed to the elements, and open gaps in the siding that have allowed vermin enter a previously sealed home now. Due to Quincy Barrett's failure to properly oversee the project in his role as project manager, custom window framing was not installed and may not have even been ordered. Security camera footage showed Quincy Barrett personally managing approximately one hour of the exterior project, which consisted primarily of walking the property and unloading supplies. A refund for the nonexistent custom window framing was eventually issued. However, CPR initially failed to provide the refund due to insufficient funds from the company account. Quincy Barrett claims the account was impacted by fraud. The refund was ultimately issued only after a cashier's check was demanded. Following the submission of the first review, and only review until today, 12/13/25, a 2:00 AM text message was received containing a screenshot of the review and a threatening message. The nature of the threat, whether physical or legal, is unclear. A request for clarification received no response. Responses provided by CPR now will consistently satisfy their claims, regardless of factual documentation. The conduct of Quincy and Brandy Barrett demonstrates a pattern of misrepresentation, nonperformance, and intimidation.

Do not use this company. Their post-install was extremely poorly done. They had to come back…read moremultiple times to correct the positioning of our storm door which still does not shut properly. Our kitchen door feels like it is locked often, but it's not, it also was poorly installed so you have to turn the knob and feel the grinding and crunching of metal as you open the door. However, the real issue is with the storm door with retractable screens on top and bottom Window pane. We have dogs and do not use the bottom screen in an effort to prevent damage from dog scratching. However, our HVAC stopped working over the weekend therefore I was excited to use the bottom screen feature so I could place a box fan in front of it as soon as I lift it up the bottom of glass, a black device with a metal tracking guide popped out. I have no idea what it is, but it is certainly strong because when I touched it it coiled and almost ripped my finger off. Matty told me over and over again how proud he was of this Door in the quality and my dogs will never be able to scratch the glass but if they ever do, they will replace it because it's a lifetime warranty on their products. Today Matty said oh well that was everything except for storm doors. With the amount of problems we've had with not only damage to our walls which they did not offer to repair, these have never worked to their full potential. I also forgot they didn't put a storm door chain on our door and had to come back like a third or fourth time to do that. This company is incompetent. Their communication sucks and the quality of their products. I'm just not seeing the hype. We've regretted using this company since the day they came to install Which leads me to our tiny bathroom window they smartly add a sticker that says do not press against the screen. It's probably because it's set with a cheap glue. Our screen has never been attached to the windows since the day they installed it we corrected this on our own because we were sick and tired of dealing with this company and their crap. The storm door was not capped off, nor were we given a bag of inserts to cap off our door and outside bugs crawled up in there and could come in my house through the strike plate on the door frame. I could not believe this. ???? The varnish is also coming off....What is happening?? This is not normal and I refuse to believe otherwise. These doors were EXPENSIVE, honey. I am also married to a man who Preaches quality over quantity. He was happy to spend lots of money on these doors to have good ones. These aren't it. There are too many other options out there to be spending this kind of money and be dealing with this many issues. We are now doing a whole home remodel and we are going to be spending some serious money but the best part is it will not be with Meyer windows and doors . I've taken a long time to write this review as I didn't want to make it out of anger. I've had multiple chances but held back. The fact I was verbally told several times about the lifetime warranty, regardless what is on a contract agreement has put me in a way.... The End.

I waited 9 months to post this review mostly to make sure I wasn't just writing in anger. good things -Nate is a nice guy and so is his wife -calls and emails returned quickly not so good things -custom $4000 window took more than 12 weeks from ProVia -window was built wrong - ordered incorrectly -needed corrections -installation - they took all of my old rotted brick mould and tried to cut it up and piece it together with caulking - it looked like a three old did it (I made them replace with all new brick mould - I should not have had to ask for this) -J channel moulding not replaced - I was never even asked about this - new $4000 should come with a new J channel (at least ask me) -inside mouldings not painted - if I knew this in advance I would have used someone else -no accountability, Nate talks a big line but end of the day does not hold himself or his company accountable for excellence outcome -after this experience, I ordered a new $14,000 door from ProVia and used someone else, the other company did an amazing job and exceeded all expectations. I suggest you do the same I will be buying $30,000 of brand new windows for my house this week. Writing a check to pay in full. 23 windows. I wont be using Nate or Meyer Windows.

Looking for a professional roofing company ? Call At Your Service Roofing. I had a 30ft. section of gutter puling away from the fascia. At first thought the fascia was rotten. After close inspection by Jeff and Brent they found the fascia was in good shape. Whoever put the gutter up used small nails and screws. Which pulled out. Brent replaced the gutter to it's proper position using the proper nails and screws. At Your Service Roofing is a professional and knowledgeable company and great to work with. TLDR - Started work without consent. Removed our roof before making sure they had the material to…read morefinish. Poor communication. My husband and I had been in contact with Carthage Roofing to replace the front facing mini-mansard roof on our home. Our contact, Rob, asked us to go to Willoughby Supply to pick out the specific siding we wanted. We responded back the week of 11/6 with the exact product we wanted: Single 6-1/3" Perfection Shapes Scallop in Cyrus, Autumn Red, and Colonial White (meant to replicate the color of shingles they were replacing). They agreed to contact us during the week of 11/14 to set something up to get started. On 11/14/22 they arrived between 8-9am unannounced and began to remove the current roof with no call/text/or knock on the door. They removed the remainder of the roof and then Rob left to pick up the material at Willoughby Supply. At that point Rob called my husband and explained that they did not have the material we requested and that we would need to pick something else or wait one to three, or more, months for them to order what we requested. The major issues were 1) they began work without notice 2) they fully removed our roof before making sure they had the correct material to finish the job 3) Rob was an incredibly poor communicator during the entire process. We felt forced to make a decision and get material installed that was not the agreed upon material because our roof had already been removed. Although Rob insisted that he did not force us to make any decision, it was his error in not securing the material that changed our circumstances drastically. Had Rob checked to make sure he had the material to complete the job before beginning, he would have discovered that he did not have what we needed. At that point we would have waited for the material to be ordered and still had our current roof. Instead we were forced to make the decision to change the material or wait one or more months in winter completely without that large section of our roof.

This was my second time working with E.M.A. Construction, and they've earned a customer for life…read more This time around, they handled a full roof replacement -- mostly covered by insurance (thank you, Cincinnati Insurance!) -- and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Their quote was competitive, and while they're not the cheapest option out there, they use top-quality products. My roof actually ended up as an upgrade from what I had before. From the first call to the final cleanup, everything was easy. Timely estimate, great communication, and a crew that was both friendly and efficient. I have a large roof, and they showed up early, knocked the whole job out in a single day, and cleaned up so thoroughly that my landscaping might have actually looked a little better after they left. Whether you need roofing, gutters, or siding, I can't recommend E.M.A. Construction highly enough. As long as they're in business, I won't be calling anyone else.

I hired EMA Construction https://www.emasiding.com/ to replace my fiber cement siding on my 25 yo…read moreranch house; it was about 13 squares. The original siding was fiber cement siding. I wanted to replace it with similar siding because it seemed to be very durable. Replacement was necessary because the original siding was improperly installed and the planks were falling off the house. I repeatedly had planks replaced and paint never matched original siding properly. So I chose to replace the entire siding. My research identified James Hardie as an excellent siding; and it seems quite durable, has a decent warranty, and looks nice. I chose EMA Construction to install because of their long term experience with James Hardie siding, and previous customer reviews. So I am confident I have a good product that was properly installed. Eddie provided the estimate and stayed in contact with me during the project. The installer team was excellent. They commenced work as expected and completed on schedule.. in spite of several rainy days. One area of the house required custom cutting of the planks lengthwise and at a slight angle. The team did an excellent job custom fitting the siding to this area. The total install, including flashing, caulking, and siding fit are all excellent. Total results and cleanup was also perfect. The install team (Nico, Blake and Eric) was professional and friendly and explained what they were doing throughout. I would hire them again should the occasion arise.
