My consultation with Dr. Ajaka was thorough and his quietly confident approach left me feeling that I had chosen the right clinic. The surgery was this year and 3 months on I couldn't be happier with the results. After 3 children, breastfeeding and many a waking hour spent tending to my kids' needs, I came to the conclusion that my body might be ready for a bit of a makeover. I wanted to do something for myself. I liked my existing implants somewhat, but the pregnancies, the weight fluctuations and lost upper breast volume was noticeable. I called Dr Rastogi's clinic and booked a consultation to talk to him about it. And wow, what a lovely surgeon, I wish I had gone to him the first time around! Following the appointment I booked in for the procedures and set about planning for my surgery, which he did simultaneously at Waratah Private Hospital. Following surgery, I recovered well and have been very happy with the results. My breasts are much fuller and the shape is lovely. Plus they are already starting to feel soft, despite them being polyurethane coated or 'Furry Brazilian'. My Tummy Tuck scar is so small and nicely hidden underneath my bikini line, he did an incredible job. If you want a detail-oriented, supportive and friendly surgeon, I would highly recommend Dr Rastogi and his team. My experience was outstanding.

It's a lot less generic and a lot more personal care than those horrible Mcmedical centres popping up everywhere. You know, a proper doctor's practice. The GPs are all fairly professional, speak good English and care about their patients overall well-being, not just an assembly line legal drug pusher's residence. They also have very good on site pathology and counseling services and they offer bulk-billing. Although booking ahead is essential, so not generally the best for a serious emergency. But if you live in the neighbourhood and need a good regular GP I'd definitely recommend them.

Jason advised this was not possible as I would need to go in for a consultation - I advised that I understand that, but because I had already seen the Dr and been provided with a script - could be please ask a Dr and he was not even willing to ask - he told me he just wouldn't. Now I understand there are policies in place but had Jason just showed some decent curiosity and asked a simple question to a Dr I would of felt "heard" - especially when I'm clearly feeling stressed over my bag being stolen. I guess the best way to say it is, do you want a fluffy doctor that hugs and kisses you but has no clue or do you want the best doctor that asks direct questions in efforts to fix you. His track record with us was 10 out of 10. Unfortunately Dr. Tang passed away on the 27 September 2025. My visit here was very positive! The directions were easy to follow but if you need assistance finding your way, every staff member is happy to help you and very friendly. Sheree schedules appointments and also checks you in upon arrival. Due to Covid, scheduling was dramatically impacted so I'm guessing Sheree fielded lots of frantic or distressed people wanting to know when they could schedule their procedure. Sheree is friendly and professional and helpful and calm(!). I applaud her and thank her! This unit has several nurses and members of staff, all kind and friendly. Stephen Butler!!! I don't know if I kept him laughing or if he kept me laughing but, I can not thank him enough for his professionalism, friendliness, too. Gareth and Stephen have a fantastic rapport with each other and it radiates to everyone else. Gareth gave me my post-procedure information and instructions, also answered my questions and another friendly face of this unit. Dr Sorayya is the anaesthetists' intern who explained everything, what to expect, and answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised to have a follow up phone call from Stephen the day after my procedure. The teamwork and professionalism exhibited deserve kudos to every member of this team and of the unit as well as the Billington Centre. Turns what might be an unpleasant experience into a better experience. Thank you Billington Centre and even bigger thank you to Stephen Butler and Gareth (nurses), Sheree and Sorayya.

One of my very close friends (hi Sal!) just punched out a baby (hi Raphael!) and, until I can find him a red eyemask and a pair of sai as a welcome to the world gift, I swung by P.O.W. From car to kisses was about 3 minutes, with a 1 minute break to help a blind man out the front of the sliding doors find a bench to sit down on. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, the nurses nicely starched, and everything had an air of well-looked-after-ness. In place of the jello and custard my patient event had a fresh chicken salad sitting in her food table - hospital vittles have come a long way. There are rooms where partners can stay with new born, the food is good (yes, I did steal the odd morsel from the plate of my recovering wife), and the nurses and general staff are informative, caring and helpful. Mum can attend a swag of classes while she is held up there: baby washing, breast feeding, managing baby sleep, etc. The hospital itself is clean and modern with a couple of coffee shops too. One of the highlights that the maternity ward puts on is a twice a week High Tea for visiting families to spend time with mum and baby. It's a smorgasbord of cakes, pastries finger sandwiches and hot canapés with decent coffee and tea served on china. Best of all, on your last night you can have a date night and leave the hospital while baby is looked after by one of the midwives in the nursery. Tip: If you don't like the room you are in, ask if there is a better one. Chances are that (especially if you are polite to the nurses and staff), you will get a better one once someone has checked out.
