Gary came to our house, answered our questions, and gave a reasonable quote. We were given the time frame of 4-6 weeks for the crew to come out. Which was fine, we weren't in a dire need. I was surprised to get a call about two weeks later that the crew can install the gutters sooner than expected. Which was perfect timing because they held up against the storm that we had in April.

He was prompt and professional and walked away from what could have been an easy sale because our windows do not need to be replaced. The solution is free or, at the very least, cheaper ~ using a mineral-deposit glass cleaner or replacing the glass only at about half the price. I know who I will call for any future window needs!
