Let me tell you, it was really late at night and I had a question about a specific bug and though it was the weekend and very much after hours, Joseph took the time to thoughtfully respond to my question and point me in the right direction with both home prep (sealing up entry-access points) and which product would do the best job at killing and deterring the bugs in question. But, one tip?Unlike me, maybe, unless it's like an "Arachnophobia" situation... wait until normal business hours to decide to take an interest on a particular bug? I had a leaking outside faucet that I may not have noticed for years but they let me know and I had it fixed.
