Asked for a refund since I was not going to get a class before my personal and professional schedule filled up. Told of the refund policy which did not exist when I signed up. I shot a gun once many years ago, so had very little experience going in to this class and was a little nervous. Shawn made me feel comfortable and took the time to help me with positioning my hands when holding the gun and giving individual help to each of us.
