If you are skeptical, unsure or whatever the case might be, like I was... Don't be! I first walked in and was welcomed instantly. I checked in at the front and waited for the class to begin. The class size was small which I liked very much their was only 5 of us! I believe that I got the proper one on one training that I needed from this class... The learning curriculum was watching 4-5 min videos from AHA and then doing the hands on training by yourself and also in a group or a pair. Their was room for lots of practice! The instructor walked around and made sure everyone was doing everything correctly. At the end we did group scenarios and took the BLS test which was 25 questions. 1,000% yes. This is my 3rd time doing ACLS over the years and I went from being clueless, to panic attacks, to down right hating the process and anticipation that comes every two years. Absolutely horrible customer service. I paid to reschedule my BLS renewal and never received a confirmation email, text, or phone call as was promised. Needless to say I didn't show up because the date was never confirmed, I called the store and they were incredibly rude and told me I had to pay the fee to reschedule AGAIN and then the lady on the phone hung up on me. read more

I took the ACLS and BLS courses with Desert Education Soltions at the Scottsdale location and it was amazing. The husband and wife duo are absolutely hilarious and make the class fun and energetic. They explain the information well and answer questions to make sure everyone understands the information. They have TONS of mannequins so everyone can be hands on, and there is no sharing unless it is a team event. Additionally, the facility was immaculate yet still provided a comfortable learning space.
