Dr takes over 48 hours to respond to a phone call, keeps forgetting simple things like calling in a simple rx refill. This time it took 2 weeks to get a refill. I came here for a procedure and the dr wouldn't come out of his office to do the procedure, I waited another hour, and he was still locked in his office, not answering phone calls or knocks at the door. Update: Finally spoke with the office manager today and was no help. She said that she wasn't there much (which probably explains the disarray in the office) and only had meaningless platitudes to offer, which didn't get anyone anywhere. There are plenty of other locations to get better service. Save your time and sanity and go elsewhere. If you look at the previous reviews for this place, they're all pretty negative, so it's not just my experience that makes this a horrible place to go to.
