While being a very nice massage it did nothing to help with my issues that I clearly stated in writing and in discussion. As I was told she would start lightly to find the tension and then get harder to work out the kinks I just kept waiting for her to start working them out. Several friends suggested I see a chiropractor. My entire life I have been terrified of having any sort of chiropractic treatment -- based on nothing but irrational fears. At any rate, after four or five weeks of excruciating pain that would not go away, I made my first appointment with Align Chiropractic & Functional Medicine. I felt relief after the first session, and after three sessions, the pain did not return. Now I find myself looking forward to the sessions. I always joke with my husband that their mobile chiropractic unit is like an adult version of the ice cream truck. Dr. Josh texts once the van is in front of my house; I go out and have my adjustment, and I'm back in my house within 30 minutes feeling so much better.
