I didn't even get the opportunity to try the shoes on, so I ended up leaving. I understand that training is important, but customer service should still be a priority--especially when a customer is ready to make a purchase. I understand that businesses have their own policies, but I was honestly disappointed with how this…read morewas handled. I've been shopping here for the past three years and always bring my ID with me. The employee at the desk asked for my ID, which I provided without any issue. Then she asked to see the card I was using to pay. I explained that I wasn't comfortable handing over my card due to privacy reasons. She told me that without seeing both my ID and my card, she couldn't complete the transaction. I respect that policies exist, but this felt excessive and unnecessary. I ended up leaving and went to Adam & Eve instead. When I walked in, I asked if they needed to see both my ID and my payment card, and they told me they only require ID. The transaction was quick and professional. Because of this experience, I'll be taking my business there moving forward. One good thing about this shop is your guys are very nice and very helpful. But I don't agree with policy.

Walked in and was never greeted even though I said hello when i first went in. I was the only white customer there but then two other african american customers walked and were greeted and were even asked what they were looking for. Advice, go to Adam & Eve right across the street instead because they are much nicer !
