I wanted all of our guests to be happy with their photos (some of us are so vain, what can I say?) and since this was my only task for what turned out to be a family reunion, I wanted to book the best. These guys did not disappoint! Pay for the "extras!" My mother in law kept telling everyone how great she looked (THANK YOU "custom up lighting" - just WOW!!) and the scrap book that we got to take home at the end of the night had everyone in tears. We laughed and cried over it, it's awesome. On top of the professional grade equipment, Brian the owner was our attendant and everyone loved him. This guy was putting together the album (printing extra copies of EVERY photo in real time to put in the album) while reminding us to look at the camera and not ourselves, directing us to leave a note in the album () all with the patience of a saint. No one ever felt rushed and he offered every guest a text of the photo EVERY TIME. At one point i saw a small line, but he was so efficient that the line went QUICKLY, all while everyone walked away smiling. The reviews don't lie. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time researching like I did - just book them!

While the vendor arrived around that time, setup took approximately three hours, and the booth was not operational until around 8:30 PM. By then, many guests had already gone inside, and we missed a large portion of the event during which we had planned to take photos with family and friends. We even delayed entering the venue while waiting for setup to be completed, which affected our event timeline and contributed to our reception running significantly later than planned. Additionally, the photo template that was provided during the event did not match the design that had been presented to us beforehand. The second day was even more frustrating. The vendor was scheduled to arrive at 5:00 PM but canceled at the scheduled start time with no meaningful advance notice or explanation. As a result, we were left without the service we had paid for. We paid a total of $1,500. After the wedding, we requested a refund due to the missed service and significant delays. The company declined and instead offered $300 in cash and $1,200 in store credit. Given our experience, we explained that we had no intention of using their services again and requested a monetary refund, but that request was refused. To make matters worse, adhesive/glue used during setup was left on the venue floor and was not cleaned up. The venue later complained and charged us an additional $200 cleaning fee. Overall, we paid for a service that was delayed for hours on one day and canceled entirely on another. The experience created unnecessary stress during what should have been one of the most important days of our lives. We are currently pursuing legal remedies to recover our losses. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

Apparently they popped in a couple times to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that we weren't low on paper. They told me in advance they were going to do this and I didn't even notice them sneak in. They are so slick, slid right in and out. It wouldn't have mattered if we saw them. I hired Tricia for my in-laws 50th anniversary.. a very special event. she showed up at 8pm (services was supposed to be for 4 hours, 7-11) I was still patient with her and asked if she needed help unloading and setting up and she told me no.. at about 8:35 they were still struggling and she claimed that she needed WIFI and wasn't able to connect to her hotspot or the WIFI that was at the venue. She and her help seemed to have been on some type of drugs, I was also informed that the bumper to her car was on the sidewalk outside. She did not provide the 360 but did notify me before hand and assured me that she would return some of my money. I did not get a whole 2 hours of service out of her and when I saw her tearing down the cheap background stand that was crooked the entire time and very small, a lot of our guests were taller then the backdrop I asked her if she was leaving and she said yes and I asked her how much money she would be returning to me and then she complained that her $1 store signs and props used for the pics had been ruined so she was going to have to do the math. I looked around and did see flowers that had fallen off the $1 store leis.. my event was a lot of senior citizens so I know that they weren't tearing her stuff to shreds.. She was also supposed to provide me with a digital copy of all the photos that were taken and I haven't received them yet. Please don't throw your money away with this company. Serval of my guests came and asked me where did I hire them and that they seemed like they were on something, if you hire them you will only be contributing to their drug habit and have them ruin your event. I would hate for someone to experience the same thing as I did. I was very embarrassed, now looking back I wish I would have just asked them to leave as soon as they got there with their bumper hanging off.
