In our case, the TV needed the LED back lights replaced. He brought the TV back from the shop two days before promised, in perfect working order. During the initial service call, he told me he'd call me the next day with an estimate on parts/labor costs. No call the next day. I called him a week later. He said the part was on order, and that he would call me the next day with a delivery estimate. No call the next day. I called him five days later, asking for the delivery estimate. He said the part hadn't yet shipped, so a tracking number wasn't available, but he'd call me the following Monday with an update. No call the following Monday. I gave up on repair and replaced the set instead. It's been over a month since the initial service call/repair order, and I've yet to hear from him. I doubt I actually will.
