Today was no exception I ran over something in the road 2 weeks ago but never really had any issues until yesterday. While driving on the interstate there was a flapping and scraping sound coming from underneath. I'm 66 years old so I couldn't look underneath. This morning I called Kia they told me to bring it in. I did they told me the skid plate was torn up. I couldn't afford to pay for it today. So made it so I could drive it. Changed the oil and rotated the tires. From the receptionist Brittany who took the call transferred me to Service who was busy and couldn't answer my call quickly. Brittany picked my call back up and explained I could hold, call back or Service could call me back. I decided I would just go to Kia. My point is Brittany did not leave me on Death hold. Service Department Nora took my car in they offered to Shuttle me anywhere but I stayed. Every single person who works at Kia were friendly polite went above and beyond to make me appreciated. If you ever want to see Team work in action, Outstanding Customer Service during and after the Sale then go to Walker Kia you won't be disappointed. Do NOT BUY a KIA! especially from walker kia in Alexandria! we brought a brand new Kia sorento 2026…read morein April 2026, we noticed the first week the driver window wasn't sealed prop but we felt easy fix and we would bring it up at our first oil change. we made an appt for June 4 to get window checked out. but the week before that appt is when everything fell apart. driving down interstate and engine light blinking and our car won't go it's shaking and idling. code popped up said limp mode. turn car off and on and it went away! two days later same thing but worse, engine light stayed on, shaking and jerking and wouldn't go. code said engine issues. we barely made it to the dealership. they kept our car for a week and didn't even offer to put us in a loaner vehicle after we put a huge chunk of a down payment and financed a load of money which they screwed us on that to! after a week they told us injectors or something was wrong and didn't fix the window because they couldn't find it but gave us our car back with the gas light on. we left and 30 minutes later same thing again! engine light on, code said engine issues and car making weird noises and driving awful. this time they did put us in a loaner vehicle but had the nerve to tell us to bring it back with a full tank of gas. our brand new car has been at the dealership for 20 days and we told them we wanted a refund and we heard nothing until my huaband reached out after two weeks and the sales guy said the parts would be in tomorrow??? we don't want that crappy car anymore! especially after the sales guy told us he sold 20 cars last month and a lady was having similar issues with her new car going into limp mode!! this place and these people are trash! they don't care about you, they want to fill their pockets and they treat you like a turd! don't trust Kia

I tell the salesman and he says leave it with him. I leave it and the next day I get a text saying the ac is fixed. I drive it for about a month and the ac goes out again. I bring it in and after waiting an entire week to hear anything turns out I need a condenser coil. 2100 to fix it. I tell them, there was an issue before I left with it and I was told it was fixed, obviously not. Someone just put a charge on it and let me leave with it knowing something was wrong.
