I had to interrupt her to let her know that she was yelling and talking over me and that was so rude and disrespectful and how is this customer service if all I am doing is asking for a ballpark figure? I absolutely could not believe the verbal assault she was putting me thru. I said lady listen, if this is the way you are talking to me you aren't getting my business. Absolutely worst experience. Dropped off my taxes 3 weeks ago on March 29. There were repeated…read moreemails back and forth clarifying information I provided on the 29 during initial visit. Just went in today thinking I just had to sign. Well what a surprise, after waiting 40 min when my scheduled apt was at 3pm I'm super to learn that there were mistakes everywhere in the file. The very specific point that I highlighted in my emails and in person that my son is not a dependent they had him listed as such as well as had figures in there for spousal support which I don't pay so I'm curious as to where that amount even came from. After all was said and done after waiting 3 weeks and then another 40 min in person the fee was over 300 bucks. I had a coupon that advised up to 20% off only to again be told that the coupon was probably an error so they will only honor 10% discount. And the audacity to ask me for my business again next year after 2 straight years of screw ups is astonishing. I nor my spouse will ever use H&R Block again and I'll be sure to share this horror story with everyone.
