Called a second time and needed to give all my information again, put on HOLD and no one came back. Called a 3rd time and spoke to a RAY, needed to give all my info again only to be transferred to someones voicemail. Not very professional. I will NEVER deal with the accounting firm, if they cannot get phone calls right I will not trust them with the information or tax returns.

While I do my own bookkeeping, Lisa prepares all of the financial statements and tax returns for my 3 businesses and has done a fantastic job at keeping it all straight for me.
