They have even a facility of ordering for the books which are not currently available on shelf. Recently they have introduced a privilege club and offer monthly money off vouchers to its members. The lift in this store is so small that it is very difficult to accommodate a buggy. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Basic stationary can also be found here

The books are normally high in price but not all the time. Sometimes they are on sale. The Works has really interesting books some that will that will keep children busy. Sometimes there are really good bargains. Recently we bought a set of three Disney photo albums for just £5, whereas it was for at least £10 elsewhere. We need to keep an eye to grab the bargains. The shop is bit narrow to move around.

I tend to stop in quite frequently just to see what their latest offers are. I've only ever bought one book, although their cookbook selection is often quite good. I generally get most of my craft supplies (work with children) here as they tend to be considerably cheaper.

I will be going here again.

The Next store is located at the upper west end of the MK Centre mall. It is a small store…read moreoverlooking an area of the mall often used for promotional events. Typically, the area outside of the shop is very busy. The window displays ar always brilliant in this store and make me want to go in. Inside I find it very stuffy and disorganised though. The space seems almost too small to fit all of the stock and consequently the clothing stands feel too close together. It is a squeeze to move around the store especially during busy periods. This means it is not a pleasant shopping experience here. The clothes here are often highly priced but have a lot of detail and a designer look about them. Next cater to trends and what they sell is always at the height of fashion. I find the staff here very helpful and polite. I do think that they have a difficult job running a store that seems to have more custom than it's size suggests it should have!

The shop is split into two with a coriador between them at the rear of the shop. The music shop sells everything from sheet music, blu-ray films and CDs ranging from rock to jazz. It's the kind of place where you can buy a strap for your guitar or a metronome. The staff are very helpful and I had a good chat about the album they were playing while I was in there. The bookshop is just as eclectic. They have both new and secondhand stuff, ranging from classics in book club editions through to a good science fiction section at the back. I enjoyed browsing very much and I am going to have to get back there.

The clothing is stylish and colourful and seems to be very good quality and seems to last, well at least for as long as the fashion trend lasts anyway. There are smart/work clothes to the left at the front which have a good selection of clothes ideal for work. As you may be aware the prices are very affordable which usually makes me buy more! The only problem is the quality is pretty bad and in turn it means you may have to throw some away not long after purchase.

I have stopped going in here though as i cannot afford anything in here, i feel its very overpriced, you can get the same labels online cheaper and it feels very snobby in there.
