This is the closest hobby lobby to me, and they're pretty decent. One in there today with my kiddos to get a Mother's Day exercise, we're going to make chocolate or some thing. I was kind of busy but it wasn't too bad. Service was decent, they opened a lien for us. They have some great choices for kid stuff there, stuff you can't find anywhere else. They also have a 40% off on spring stuff, so they have a good sale going on right now. read more

Deceiving! Signs all over the isle with beads stating they are all 50% off but what they don't tell you is, ALL the beads have yellow tags which is THE FINAL price! Not the price that can be discounted. If you're going to advertise a discount, then the ACTUAL PRICE needs to be displayed and not the already so-called discounted price or final price! read more

I drove to Huber Heights Hobby Lobby because I needed a frame for a blueprint that I have. First lesson: they are closed on Sunday Second lesson: they have a wide variety of frames and various styles. I picked out a metal one for the blueprint. They were also 1/2 price for now. I like this location as it is convenient to where I live. The selection is fine. They have made some changes I am not impressed with, such as, not carrying Wilton products in the cake isle and not many Dritz items in notions. Overall not bad selection of goods and I enjoy shopping there. What I don't enjoy is the checkout process. I was there today. Found what I needed and made my way to the checkout counter in under five minutes. Spent almost FIFTEEN MINUTES in the checkout line!!! Another line was finally opened only to be part of a "Roman chariot race" as everyone rushed to the open register. Really, must you do checkout and returns at the same register? Not sure why checkers were moving so slow. I love the store but the checkout is difficult at best. This is not the first time this has happened. I hope it will be addressed in the near future. read more

The manager is extremely rude and doesn't offer any alternative solutions to something I had already purchased and told me they would hold my property from the frame shop until I provided the receipt which is absolutely absurd. It is already my property. I even showed them the pink slip and the bank statement showing that I had paid. Any other store would've found a way to figure this out. Also why would the lady tell me to pay for it prior to it being finished. read more

Clean, well stocked store in Huber; I was looking for fabric and hit the jackpot here. So many choices and It was on sale for 30% off today. You should stop in if you are crafty or just need some decor/furniture for your abode. read more

Great selection usually, but if you want their holiday decorations I suggest you go when they first put it out. The closer to the holiday the worse the selection. I was looking for Halloween decor a month before Halloween and no luck. read more

I was there today and was really disappointed with all the associates I came in contact with. I shop here a lot but I really don't feel I was treated well and most likely go to Michaels or Joann next time I need something. First of all, I had a handful of small items for jewelry making. I was all the way in the back of the store where I could hardly get around because all the associates had boxes all over the aisles as they were re-stocking shelves. I passed many associates that acted as if I were in the way. Then I finally asked an associate if there were any baskets in the back of the store since obviouly I couldn't hold everything. That was my fault because I found more items than I thought I would be purchasing. The associate simply said all the baskets were in the front of the store. She didn't offer to help, nor did anyone else working there. I thought that Hobby Lobby always pushes their Christian values. Obviously it's just lip service and convenient when they want it to be when it comes to health care issues. So I finally made my way to the front. I had picked up some wire that was in the Vintaj section as the sign simply said "Vintaj 50% off". The clerk refused to honor the 50% off saying it was only components. I asked to see the add and she wouldn't show it to me. I even checked the ad at home. It only showed the embossing machine and the embossing folders as exceptions. Was this bait and switch or someone else not being helpful? By that time I just wanted to leave. A shopping trip should not be that stressful. Not going back. read more
