We live out of state (New England so not close). My handbag was stolen a few weeks back along with the gift cards. I have a police report and felt awful that the gift cards were in the stolen handbag. I assumed by calling and explaining this unusual circumstance...that Eva would graciously honor those gift cards. NOPE...and she is such a COWARD that she didn't have the respect to pick up the phone and tell me herself. Didn't expect this nasty response with no explanation. I don't think the thief is going to drive all the way to Youngstown OH to use the gift cards. Is Eva that desperate for money? I honestly feel robbed twice. I strongly recommend that you think twice about patronizing a shop owned by such an unkind, heartless person. There are many options out there for you to pick from other than this pottery place.

This has been the only quilt shop I've been to were the staff was not nice…read more They didn't even acknowledge my mom and ignored her. My mom decided not to buy anything here even though she saw many items she wanted. I bought some fabric cause I had been waiting 15 minutes because the one lady was just stading by the long arm ignoring us. I don't plan to ever shop here unless it prevents me from finishing a shop hop and then I'm not buying were they don't want me.
