I dunno what's going on with this location lately. We usually have at least decent customer service but the last few visits have been very poor. We went to look at dishwashers and when trying to place an order for delivery we were first ignored. Then the guy entering everything refused to update my information in the system and instead insisted on putting everything under my spouse's name...when I'm the one they need to contact. We were also assured that the delivery team would be wearing masks - I'm immuno-compromised - and they very much *weren't*. Same thing for when we had a new washing machine delivered a couple weeks later. I went to the garden dept to grab some herbs the other day and couldn't find one I was looking for. Went and asked an employee about it and she told me that it was over there and pointed back to the section I had just come from. Well, I can't find it. If that's where it is, can you come show me? What kind of attitude is that? read more

Ordered over $2500 worth of carpet first install was fine. Second install carpet came damaged. When I called the store they acted like it was no big deal had to wait another week for the install which may sound like no big deal but when you're pregnant and can't move anything and your complete house is in disarray from moving everything out of the living room into the bedroom it's extremely inconvenient. Home Depot never called me to follow up or let me know anything was reordered. I had to call them to check on the status. Then they never called me after the install to see if I was satisfied the more they acted like it was no big deal the more frustrated I got. I spoke with three different managers and they all had the same laissez-faire attitude. It would've been nice to get a follow up call after the install just to check and make sure everything was OK. But never heard from Home Depot again. Again spoke with three different managers and they all made it seem like it was nothing. Will not be going to Home Depot for any of my future needs. When the company came to do the install they only came with one person. I put specifically in the instructions prior to them coming out that I had furniture to move thank goodness my brother was here to help him otherwise I don't know what he would've done because again I can't move anything heavy because I'm pregnant install took seven hours and luckily my brother was able to stay here otherwise I would've had to of taken more time off work I get extremely frustrated at Home Depot didn't even have the decency to call and follow up and make sure everything was OK completely inconvenient and annoying managers need to take a class in customer service read more

Of course you can find just about anything you need in Home Depot. If you don't find it, you can order it,.It's an awesome store. But the guy in the wood dept. is great. He'll get the stuff down and even cut it for you! It seems they need to hire someone to help in that dept become he certainly is overworked, but handling it. I have been absent from Yelp for about 10 days because I was here at this store a few times as we re-painted our kitchen and put in a new floor. I should say that my wife did all the painting and together we put in the floor. Our experience here was great. On the first visit, my wife found the flooring she liked and the sales asscoiate explained how easy it was to install. In addition, she played a short "how-to" video as well to further show how easy it was to install. SOLD. On the second visit, I needed to buy one more box of flooring because not being a very handy type of guy, I created a llittle more scrap that anticipated. Again, the service was spectacular and the sales associate more than friendly. It was great! The flooring was a great price at $1.99 sg./ft so if was relatively cheap to finish our kitchen. With the great service and great prices, Home Depot will be our place to shop for our improvement needs. read more

The store usually has the selection I want. Floor staff are pretty helpful when you can get them. Cashiers are very friendly. However, as a frequent customer, the store's customer service desk is frequently undermanned or staff are multitasking when they should be paying attention to you. I've seen quite a few melt downs from other customers that were not handled professionally or with courtesy. I've seen the store manager watch these issues personally without intervention. The parking lot also needs more TLC. These issues are the only reason I gave the store four stars instead of five. This was added on 6/14. Had to downgrade stars to two because of customer service. Had to return excess items. No receipt. First customer service rep at the counter was inattentive and then engaged in this conversation of militancy when I disclosed that I had no receipt. This is my second interaction on separate occasions with the same person with the same impression. It's clear Home Depot at this location is truly struggling with customer service, their attitude and how they treat individual customers. Honestly, some of their reps, they should record some of their interactions, play it back and LISTEN real hard to what you actually say to customers. I am truly disappointed this time around. Added 10/28/2017 This place just keeps getting worse and worse. It's turned into nothing but a junkette store with nothing but products made in China. And, today, if you have to pay with your card, forget it. They aren't able to do point of sale transactions unless you have cash. I was here at this store on 7/28/2019 to buy a pressure washer hose for my pressure washer in aisle 49, there was another man in the same aisle trying to figure out which pressure washer wand to buy, I seen a pressure washer hose that was made by dewalt, but didn't see the one I saw online, so I went up to the service desk to ask for someone to come and help me with my query, the service desk called someone to come over to help me about the pressure washer hoses, so I went back to aisle 49 to wait, the other man was still there in the aisle still trying to figure out what pressure washer wand to buy, I waited about 8 minutes and a store employee finally showed up at the opposite end of the aisle from me, and said (how can I help you) the other man that was looking at the pressure washer wands said yes and I said I was the one that had you called for the pressure washer hoses, the store employee went ahead and helped the man with the pressure washer wand issue, I interrupted them and said again to the store employee (weren't you called for pressure washer hoses, he said yes) and I turned around and left the store, what BS, I wouldn't shop there if my life depended on it read more
