Numerous items throughout the store were out of stock for the first day of sale. Many damaged or defective items available for purchase. Two clerks in the store: one kept disappearing into "employees only" and one remained seated waiting at the cash register. The store appeared chaotic: no prices, no inventory, no help. Same song during the previous visit. Shopping cart handles continue to be sticky/dirty (not cleaned between customers). The women's restroom was not stocked or clean.
