When we got there, we realized that we needed some adjustments in the original program we had brought to them. Their customer service was amazing. They worked with us until they figured out a way to print our program. The finished product was beautiful, perfect! And not only that it was 1/3 the price that was quoted to us earlier in the day at a big box type of printing store. We could not have been happier or more thankful that we came to Evergreen!! They have excellent service and professional products.

I bought in a print to frame last week and was told the frame I picked would be there in 2 days. I…read morego to pick it up today & no frame & of course it's not done then! It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband for our 10th anniversary. I am so disappointed in this place, didn't even call to tell me it wouldn't be done when promised! I was going to have something else framed for his birthday, but this place has lost a customer. So they fixed the mistake, I got a metal frame put on for now & when the wood one comes in I don't have to pay anymore. Essentially I'm getting the wood frame at half price. It remains to be seen if I use them for my next order.

But i cant think of a more obvious "screw you" and self-centered attitude, which advertised that their ignorance or arrogance outweighed customer safety or comfort. They made their political statement, so whoopie! for them. I wont support that crappy attitude toward customers (most arent in the Cult).

New stuff on the main floor, consigned trains and planes on the second floor and a local club with a layout in the basement that they work on Saturdays. Pretty cool. I like finding bargains in the used stuff upstairs.

Visited this store while on town for a sporting event. Couldn't find what we were looking for so…read moremade our way to the register. The checkout gal, Mango, was way more interested in her phone than trying to help us locate the item. When we checked out after finding the item (with the wonderful help from another employee in a different area) we were fortunate enough to go through Mango's line again. She was apologetic when she realized who was at her register. Unfortunately she, again, was more interested in her phone instead of making sure my rewards card, coupon, and voucher were scanning and applied correctly. Extremely poor customer service,
