I stopped by to pick up a water proofer for my bird house. The employee I asked for help told me where to go, only challenge was it was locked behind a cage and she knew about and failed to mention how to page the person to unlock it. Then another came employee over unlocked it and handed me what I needed and didn't mention that I wouldn't be able use self check out and trying to would lock up the machine- so when I was prompted to use not one but two self checkout machines fustrated the I had to wait until 1st employee comes and unlock the machine. She then tells the other employee why it happened then goes over and helps someone else. No one offered an explanation directly Just one employee discussing it with either me and the other employee or just the other employee. This could have been prevented by someone just explaining that get water proofer would taking a personal escort and one on one check out. Next time I'm going to Hobby Lobby.

I was in the neighborhood and made a quick stop as I needed some hair for my Elvis costume. The…read morespace is HUGE with very wide aisles. It's pretty well organized with sections for women's, men's, and children's costumes, wigs, accessories, masks, and Halloween decorations. I usually don't like going to costume shops, for the costumes because they're over-priced plus it's fun to make your own costumes (thanks Mom!). There are plenty of accessories that can assist with any costume. I was fortunate to be the only person in the store, and got help from both employees that were working there. Besides them helping me find the right kind of hair, they gave some good advice on how to take apart the rolled up hair, how to apply it, and to take it off. When explaining my costume and what I needed, they even suggested going to another that would have a cheap, plain color shirt that I wanted. This might be just a seasonal store, but if you ask you'll get some costume pros helping you so you will look your best for Halloween or the other 364 days of the year.

I stopped in when there was a Green Bay Shop Hop and there was a designer trunk show ; how lucky!! I'd say this is sort of a nice "craft" shop though small, they have quality. The yarn selection was pretty limited. I saw lots of Plymouth and Hikoo yarns, several nice samples, and plenty of color choices plus a bit of hand-dyed. I noticed a beautiful wooden acorn needle keeper which was made locally: BONUS! Staff was friendly but I'd say if you're a hard-core knitter like me, you don't need to stop here but it is an adorable place.

Called to follow up, and they said it went out last Monday and sorry they will send tracking number that day. Again, nothing. Called two days later and they apologized and said they were busy cuz of holidays. Again, they would send email. Two days later finally emailed and the products were only shipped the day before. I get they are busy but don't LIE to me!!!! Won't go back!
