As the name suggests, they have a large nursery section for all sorts of plants throughout the shop. They also have many curated decorative and gift type items for sale. They have small sections of sale items which have very specific brands or circumstances that they apply to. Given the neighborhood demographic the steep prices are not surprising. If you find something you like here, it may be worth looking into how to get the item directly from the seller.
