Was turned away from door before 6, argued with until 6 and then turned away again because "it's 6…read morenow" At outlet location 3011 I arrived to return a single item before it closed. The lady locked the door as I approached, even though it was before 6, then argued about nothing for 5 minutes, then said "oh, well look at that it's after 6". Astonishingly bad customer service. Tried shoving her watch, which didn't say it was 6 yet, in my face, but hit the door because it was closed in front of her (?). The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would have been out of there by 6 easy, I had the receipt and it ready to go.

We were actually on a vacation taking the Chicago to Santa Monica Route 66 journey. I always seek out the cheapest gas by maximizing the use of our Sam's Club membership even when on vacation such as this day. First of all, this location is nowhere near Route 66. I really should have just paid the regular price of gas at a regular station than go out of my way to patronize this particular Sam's Club. We must have passed dozens of gas stations to get to this Sam's Club only to discover this Sam's Club was MORE EXPENSIVE than all the other gas stations we passed along the way to get there. It's a terrible value considering you pay a $120.00 + tax annual membership fee to pay MORE for gas than any surrounding gas stations! I do not understand how they can get away with this. I can see how we screwed ourselves not being from Oklahoma, but there were other people buying gas there, too!
