Security put his hands on me before I could finish shopping and body slammed me to the ground and put me in handcuffs saying I need to leave we are closed even though it was only 22:58 and the store shouldn't be closed until 23:00 threatening to call the police for trespassing on private property. The stores night manager named Steve came out I questioned him as to why this is acceptable and they allow this treatment to customers and he said idc you need to leave I refuse your business I could care less about your business I don't want you shopping here. A scam artist in Oregon stole my daughter's gift card number and ordered from Wal-Mart online, draining her entire card. So when she was broke and tried to use the card for food and diapers for her newborn, she was greeted with a nice, holiday "GO F YOURSELF" from Wal-mart. Wal-Mart's fraud department told me that since the card was already used and the item had already been delivered (you know- before my daughter could even scratch off the grey film from her card to even see what the pin number was)- that it was OUR FAULT FOR WAITING SO LONG. To find a strap for a fanny pack my mom was handcrafting with the precision of a NASA engineer. And let me tell you, we had no idea what we were about to walk into. Armed with the trusty Walmart app, we were feeling pretty confident... until it led us to the mysterious, possibly haunted, Aisle B62. Was it under construction? Was it a portal to another dimension? No one knows because apparently, it doesn't exist. After wandering the store like lost tourists looking for the bathroom in a theme park, we decided to ask for help. Enter Caroline, our hero. Nah, buddy, I'm good. But he stood by anyway, just in case I needed to be rescued from the perils of modern technology. Meanwhile, my mom, not one to waste time, gets waved over to a regular register by a cashier who was not just friendly, but had that Walmart zen--totally in the zone, making the checkout experience feel more like an upscale boutique than, you know, Walmart. In conclusion, did I expect to walk into Walmart and emerge with a Sonic belt, cat accessories, and an epic red strap? No. Did I enjoy the unexpected, action-packed retail experience? Absolutely. Motorhome has a bad tire. Traveling from AZ and had to spend the day in OK. Sunday waiting for Discount Tire to open Monday. Walmart does not allow vehicles taller than 9 ft to enter the parking lot. I am sure its so they do not camp in the parking lot. But look how much money they are losing out on, 6 motorhome tires are spendy$$$! The last straw. After having to avoid all the delivery shoppers and having to run down an employee just to get printer ink out of the lock bow. there is only one checker working at 11 AM on a weekday. I finally get to my truck and get loaded. I start to back out when a cart hauler with his little machine is coming down the lane. I stop to let him pass, but he stops right behind my truck and walks away. He pulls cars out of the space to hook to his cart hauler. I think he will leave and let me out, but no, he walks across the lot to the next group of carts, leaving me blocked in. This is the worst Walmart I've been in as far a customer service. I stood at the bakery counter for 10-15 minutes to get someone to write on a cake for me. No one ever acknowledged me so I move down the counter and got in line at the deli. Another 15 minutes of being blatantly ignored. They just made changes to the checkout process and the layout to get to the self checkout registers is new, you walk through a long isle of candy before you can get to registers, well the problem there is if people are shopping for candy you cannot pass customers until they move to a register or out of that isle. When I told management they said people have complained since it's changed to this and Walmart Corperate will not listen to them so customers need to call 1 (800) 925-6278 and make a complaint, I did that and after I made the complaint the rep told me Walmart Corperate would call me within 72 hours, that was 8 days ago. Walmart Corporate employs people that have no experience shopping at their stores & to try to get a manager in the store to voice my opinion took 20 minutes! Store employees make it a point to not look at customers because they don't want to help us. I've been giving Walmart a lot of chances, they do not care and they aren't going to change anything. After the Wal*Mart on Belle Isle Blvd, I headed here still in search of a battery for my Honda Civic key fob. The floor was pretty weird looking. It was very much different then what I was used to at Wal*Marts. This one seemed a little more busy as well. I was ready for my key to work! After asking two employees to help me at the jewelry dept for my battery, I was about to give up hope. The employees didn't seem to know much english and didn't really act like they wanted to help me. Then I finally found the jewelry dept. To my dismay they were already closed... Two managers were walking by and when I asked them for help in jewelry, they basically ruined my night. Apparently SECURITY is so strict in this store, that even managers can't help me in certain ares. Really? This is literally worse than Wal*Marts in Tulsa. Nobody trusts anybody anymore. He called to ask and the woman was very helpful and also apologetic because Jeff wanted a 16gb, but they only had the 32gb which he ended up getting. My husband was told that he could come get boxes to move with from a Walmart associate on May 19th 2023. On May 20th my husband went into the store to do exactly what the associate said he could do. My husband starts looking for someone to ask about the boxes the lady tells him to go look in the back, he goes back there and is escorted out of the store because well he was asking for boxes. They start basically talking shit to him telling him they crush their boxes. A great and very professional pharmacy. I made an appointment at Walgreens in Mustang for my Covid shot. They couldn't find my appointment even with my printout I provided and was treated very rudely and told to leave. I was shopping at Walmart on Reno ave and causally check with the pharmacy fot a vaccation and they gave it to me right then. The gentleman who took my information at the window was very professional. The technical who administers the shot was a pleasure and kind. I will always put Walmart above the big box pharmacies and will start using them for all my needs. Apparently social distancing to Walmart is to funnel everyone in their store through ONE set of doors. Everyone pushed into one lobby to get carts, sanitizer and be counted- I do not feel safe. There is an announce that encourages 6 feet of social distancing in the parking lot as the same company forces you to file in through one door. read more

Today, I attempted to use my husbands card to pay instead of mine and was refused my groceries! "Because it was not my name on the card." Are you joking?? I offered to show my social security card, our wedding photos, his name in my phone, everything I could think of-- yet they refused to give me our groceries. My husband works every day, and often overtime, for the city of OKC and I homeschool our child. Obviously I'm home and available to pick up the groceries and he is not. I use this Walmart a lot, as it's on my way home from work. I absolutely LOVE the grocery pickup! Order online, pick a time, check in when you're on your way there, pull in, seconds later they walk out ready to load your car. It's that easy. Takes me all of 5 mins. They have never gotten an order wrong, they even gave us a free bag of cookies near Christmas. (They were tasty AF!) The women working the pickup area are beyond sweet and so friendly! Which is what brings me to why I only put 4 stars, I do not enter this Walmart ever, if I don't absolutely need to, because the staff inside is another story. They are not helpful, they walk around in their uniforms while on break and get pissy when you ask where something is located, and just plain rude. Also, usually Walmart trips inside the store are always an adventure with the kind of people walking around.. this one has an abundance of interesting folks. Ok I know I said I was on a Walmart strike and my sister asked me to go with her to get her oil changed since it's late Walmart was open still ! Don't get me wrong the staff is great but why was I standing by the towels getting wash cloths and I hear a cop screaming drop it and get down my sis and I turned our heads toward the paint center where the cop was and right behind me a kid runs by me and breaking a bathroom glass toothbrush thing and a second later a kid runs in front of me and cops are running everywhere!! I'm sad to give them a bad rating bc like I said the staff was great it's just the type or people in this Walmart and made me scared .
