But not these guys they have forgotten what customer service is apparently. I would guess that had I taken them the part number the next thing they would have wanted was for me to go to the warehouse and locate the part then proceed to ring myself up. Much like Walmart and self checkouts. This guy Gerald is a total douche bag and not customer focused at all and offered absolutely no help what so ever.
