We are now chatting about my project and in the middle of our discussion starts talking to her graphic design ?? Person about a customer she sees pulling up in the parking lot. She literally leaves me standing at the counter and without a word starts talking and helping the customer who now just walked in the door. I couldn't believe it- she left me hanging there... So, I politely say, I think I'll come back when you're less busy versus what I could've said...WTF??!!?? The lady says something like- this is how it always is.
