Just right off the bat, bad taste in my mouth. We then get seated in the back of the store and given a very confusing lunch menu. The way things were worded made it confusing what I was ordering LOL I then ask the server or owner if they had a menu for what tea they offered and their wine list and her response was no we have everything. Uh, okay ... you're a tea house you should probably have a tea menu. I felt like I had to pry for information. I ordered a tea and the honey container had lavender seeds in it which wasn't a problem but it had knats in it. The food was decent but nothing to write home about. The quiche tasted a day old and bland. Needed more flavor. Way overpriced for what it was. They also include 20% gratuity which I don't mind if the service is good which it wasn't. We then sat there for 15 min waiting for them to come back so we could order scones but no one ever checked on us so we decided we wanted to leave. The place wasn't busy at all. We felt like an inconvenience. I'd never go back here which is a shame bc it has a lot of potential.

Placed a large order of shirts and hats with Silverback because I saw a prior good review on YELP…read more The orders did not go well at all. We received the shirts and immediately noticed that the graphics on many of them were crooked or off-center, some of the shirts were also discolored and stained. Our hat order was over 1 month late and the Embroidery is sloppy. There was several discrepancies between the quote and the final invoice, and as a side note; the YELP page says the company in located in my home town, but I later find out that the company is not in Stuart as listed on their Yelp page, they are 30 minutes away in Port St. Lucie (I was trying to do business locally). I did manage to negotiate a credit for some of the shirts. In the end, the whole thing was a cluster and very taxing emotionally. Hands down the worst screen printing & embroidery experience we have ever had.

By the time we decided hat we wanted to order, it was 4 days before the playoff games. Bobby processed our order for approximately 20 shirts and delivered the night before the game. Upon realizing that one of the parents shirts was missed, he then went back to the office (at 7pm on a Friday) to ensure all parents were ready to cheer the following morning. The following week we had 3 more parents order and again -- NO ISSUES!! The shirts came out GREAT!! Customer service was impeccable. Pleasure all around to work with. I got my pictures and they were 7.6x9 inches and of course they took my money plus I received an email my pictures were delivered and one was not there. Will never do business with them again.
