I've been a long time customer and always feel like I'm visiting a friends home not a pawn shop. There loans are always the highest possible and if your in a hurry your in and out. In my case I always end up staying a while. I give them a 5 star rating and day of the week. This comes from close to 100 pawns or more. Clearly, he knew who damaged the earring, because she is the one who checks the jewelry to see how many carts it is. A simple apology from the owner would have made the situation level itself out but of course he knows nothing about the etiquettes of customer service. Do yourself a favor and got to another shop.
