Went home with antibiotics and waited for a call. A week later, no call and the tooth pain isn't letting up, so he called their office and is given the run around. Told again they're sending a referral. Wait another week, still no call for extraction appointment. Calls back to Acacia Lane again. Tells them he is in a lot of pain and asks what is going on. Again given the runaround. Per my recommendation, decides to call a different dental office. They get him in same day, look and the infection has spread. It takes 2 courses of antibiotics (two different types)to cure the infection. New office schedules extraction for him during his initial visit. We will NEVER go back to Acacia Lane
