Started seeing this doctor last year. It can take a while to get appointments, but he's the only dermatologist in the Northwoods. Folks are nice here, we've had a hiccup or two with filing insurance, but was taken care of quickly. read more

I called to make an appointment, but there was an 8 to 10-week backlog. Even worse was that they accept Medicare but not Medicaid, so they said I'd have to pay that portion out of pocket. The reason people go ON Medicaid is because they don't have the money to pay the out of pocket part! Therefore, I will not be seeing this doctor and am taking my business elsewhere. read more

Why is it so difficult for some people to smile and interact with the customer when their business…read moreis being utilized? The female co-owner of this salon is extremely rude and disrespectful to the client with her abruptness and inconsiderate manners. While the pedicure service was good, her customer service leaves so much to be desired. A customer should not be left to feel disregarded when they are paying for a service. I've noticed other clients have posted similar comments. Her poor husband who must be embarrassed by her attitude and mannerisms. I will spread the word on this experience with others, as there are other choices of salons in the area to patronize.
