She also is practically bedridden due to her needing both knee replacement and cannot walk without being in excruciating pain. I made an appoint for my mother to see her primary due to it being sometime since she has been seen and is now having alot of health issues. I have to help my mother walk with her walker and she moves very slow due to the pain. This was my first time taking her. We arrived 30 minutes early because I wanted to make sure we wouldn't be late and she also had another doctors appoinment immediately after. After sitting there for over an hour because they were running late and we were now past her appointment time. There was 1 patient in his office with him being seen and 1 patient in the waiting room whom had an appointment before ours but the receptionist said she wouldn't be long due to the patient just picking up medication. The receptionist then steps out for lunch. After some time a girl comes from the back office and tells us we have to wait longer because the dr is going to go on a zoom meeting, I explained to the lady that we had been here a long time way before our appointment and she had another appointment that we were probably already going to be running late for being that they were running late. She, with a nasty face, tells me if we can't wait we can just leave, at this point my mother is starting to get upset because of the rudeness of this girl. I asked to speak to the dr she tells me no because he's going into the meeting. I ask if he knows that she is out in the waiting room and had been for over an hour now and she stated he was aware. I am trying to explain the situation and concerns to this girl that my mother needs to be seen and it is not right to have patients sitting waiting for over an hour and then come and tell them they are going to have to wait until after a zoom meeting even they showed up on time for their appointment. She tells me with a rude tone, attitude and face that we can "Just leave". Now I get loud and start a talking loudly because I need someone to come out from the back to help because this girl wasn't trying to help. Just being nasty and rude to us for no reason, mind she is an intern at this office not even a real staff member. I would never want her a an MD, she has ABSOLUTELY NO bedside manners nor genuine care for patients & when I brought that to Dr. Lartigue's he said that some drs don't have that but they are still good doctors, I guess that was his justification for her unprofessionalism and rudeness. Due to his rude intern and I getting into a back and forth (Honestly I think he is more upset that I said "this is why I don't do Haitian doctors". He can be upset with me all he wants but to discharge my mother as a patient because you have a rude volunteer at your office is exactly why the medical system sucks now and if that girl becomes anything in the medical field good luck to her patients.

Instead of asking me what happened, he had already made up his mind and told me my behavior was incredibly innapropriate and I was not welcomed back at the facility. He blamed me for getting upset with his ultra sound tech for administering the wrong test and for questioning me about what the doctor had prescribed. I asked her multiple times to look at my chart. She instead placed blame on me for confusing her and nastily said "Geeze" Like it was my fault for her being confused. She proceeded to try and tell my boyfriend what had happened and never once apologized. The office manager called me to tell me that I was not allowed at the office and that it was my fault for reacting that way. He never took responsibility for the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior that his ultra sound tech had displayed. It was all my fault and they were all innocent. Michael Thompson told me that his ultra sound tech was a highly well like employee and she could not do anything wrong and that it was solely on me. I do not recommend going to this facility.

I conducted the covid tests thrice and the flu test and both have been negative. However, the office manager , Ms. Rochelle refuses to allow me to talk to Dr..Gurniak as well as obtain the necessary medications needed for my present health condition. Denial of health-care when needed is a crime and I would like you to please speak to your incompetant office manager to be considerate and understanding of the medical needs of someone who is not well. I got a notice 2 weeks ago that my pharmacy has reached out to them to renew a script. I called last week and they said they would call it in. A few more days I called my pharmacy. Not there. Now another week later I go to my pharmacy and still it has not been called in. Unacceptable. On one visit the doctor questioned why I was prescribed something that he himself had prescribed. He angrily and adamantly DENIED he has prescribed it. Then he finally reviewed his chart and saw that he had. He didn't apologize.
