I called maybe 15 plumbers. All were either busy, didn't answer, or couldn't come until after Christmas 2 days later due to frozen pipes across the city. I called Edwin from G&I Plumbing, explained the issue and although he was already closed for the day, (late Saturday afternoon), he made an exception to help my mom.
