Reached out to them just to find out it wasn't on the way because they didn't have the info they needed to pay me - which I wasn't aware of . They wouldn't have reached out if I hadn't of contacted them . That's not even my issue with them though . I worked 12 hours with them in the 2 days I worked there & Crystal is swearing that I worked 7.5 hours total (while she was on vacation) & only willing to pay me for 7.5 hours . The manager/employee that was with me the entire time I cleaned has confirmed that I worked 12 hours , not 7.5 . Crystal is disregarding everything I say & refusing to pay me for the time I worked & asking for my info for taxes over & over while Im telling her I won't accept 7.5 of works pay when I did work 12 hours . Crystal says I worked at 3 houses total & I actually worked at 5 . Every-time I try to explain this to her she says the hours are non negotiable , that her tracking app can't be wrong (it is) & going as far as to basically call me a liar . This is hurtful & certainly not fair nor true . This is how Crystal treats her employees at her business & I think people should beware . Theres multiple other things I'd like to say about the owner of this company involving cleanliness & discrimination but my review is already quite long so I'll leave it at that . I also want to add that she is claiming she has proof I left at 2:00pm each day to total 7.5 hours instead of the 12 hours I worked to pick up my partner from work but I hadn't left either time . The first time I left at 3:00pm when the manager I was working alongside said all that was left at the house was to vacuum + mop & since there was 4 of us working there that my help wasn't needed so it was fine for me to leave to pick him up . The next day I was at the house we were cleaning until the job was completely done at 4:30pm . The manager said I could leave during the job since my partner was off work & wanting to be picked up but I told her I wouldn't leave her hanging & will be finishing the job with her , which she agreed with & so I stayed . Job was finished at 4:30pm She's going to respond to this saying she will send the money once I sent my info but she means the money for 7.5 hours of work not the 12 hours I actually worked & am owed ..
